I have heard lots of write-ups and talk about how Jermain Taylor is going to re-create round 2 of the last fight. Where are people getting this from? Any links? Cause he is a complete moron if he thinks he can slug it out with Pav and come out on top. My guess is that he will try to "outbox" Pavlik, since he knows he was ahead on the cards when he got knocked out. But has his camp flat-out said they are going to re-create round 2 or what?

For me it's nothing specific. It's just this repeated theme that JT and Ozell keep talking as if round 2 happened because of Taylor's brilliance rather than Kelly's ridiculous lapse in judgement.

As far as Taylor being ahead on the cards the scores were preposterous and JULIE LEDERMAN SHOULD BE BANNED FROM BOXING. Manny thought JT was losing and he was right because Kelly was forcing JT to fight his fight, and you can't beat kelly that way.

Furthermore Taylor cannot outbox Kelly over 12 rounds. JT could win some rounds lke last time, but with the pressure Pavlik brings, and Jermain getting tagged with 1-2 combos, and lead rights, by round 6 or 7 Pavlik would take over and close the show inside 10 rounds.

However, I'll stick to the prediction I've been making for the past week or so. Pavlik in 5.

I agree with all of this. I was just curious where everyone was getting it from cause I would be shocked if Jermain Taylor rushed out to brawl right away. I would like to think he's smarter than that....but then again......:patsch sums him up pretty good

Taylor should have taken this loss and moved on. Now he will have a 2nd loss to Pavlik with no chance for redemption.

As it's already been said, Kelly only has himself to blame for round 2. It won't happen again because Kelly learned from it. Sometimes it takes a mistake like this to make a great fighter even better, and that's what we'll see come Feb 16th.
