That's still doing the wrong thing in the ring, every loss on a guys record can be summed up by "doing the wrong thing in the ring"

In terms of stamina I was on record as saying that it was probably too late for him to really 'build up his plumbing'. He has had 3 KO's now. I sincerely hopes he retires and enjoys life. My fear is that he would try and continue for the money.

I think the time table is too short for the recovery period needed after the AA KO. If he continues, and I hope he doesn't, he would need a 6 month rest and a tune up fight and the man doesn't due 'tune ups'.

Yes Taylor is a very good fighter who has not had an easy ride since TWICE defeating Hopkins.

Whilst he will never be an all time great if the man was to retire tomorrow he could do so with his head held high.

I know as you age, it is harder and harder to build your max stamina for sure.

But if he doesnt retire, i seriously doubt (I hope so anyway) he will be doing it for money (he's what .9% of boxers who made good money), but to try to fix his past mistakes. Who knows maybe he'll win another abc.

I think the result of this poll definitely shows how fickle boxing fans are. Most shadetree boxing fans are just as obsessed with the no loss records as boxers themselves.

JT has one of the best resumes current in boxing. For the vast majority of the time he has been in every fight he has been matched in. The guy has a lot of skill and has fought everyone they placed in front of him and he did it well.

He was also the undisputed middleweight champion. JT has earned massive respect and I would hope more of you guys who are the fans would give it to him.

We'll see who Prospers and who falters in the Jones vs Hopkins rematch. With all due respect to B-Hop, I think Roy will turn it on come fight night.

The biggest mistake Roy made was changing his style, trying to become more orthodox which began vs Tarver I.

The thing with unorthodox boxers is you have to leave them with their style, cos that is what they do, and as soon as they try changing, it all goes pair shaped. The same goes for the prince naz too.

Just cause a fighter has a great resume doesn't translate into success cause as you can see with Taylor he either drawn with a fighter (Winky) or got his head knocked off (Pavlik, Froch, Abe). His best wins were against an aging Hop and smaller fighters (Spinks, Ouma).

We give him credit for taking big fights and never backing down. That cant be denied.
