    maybe he should chop an arm off to make 154, cory spinks seemed about his level.

    Out of your list, Kessler and Bute are the only ones who are B-level fighters and they are the only ones likely to stay at 168 most of their careers. Pavlik should make the move up to LHW too, but for now he is MW and there is no sure fire sign that he plans on moving up to 168 within the year unless he can unify again Sturm and AA. Miranda,Andrade,Froch, and Inkin are nowhere near the comp level of Tarver, Johnson, RJJ, and Dawson.
