  Seriously, I think this shows you how much Pavlik got into his head. Not seriously, he is preparing for his second vocation as a bricklayer.

Jermaine Taylor win's this fight...he is superior a fighter. The only concern was his stamina. Because technically he had Kelly Pavlik figured out..but when he began to slow..he became static...and stationary. But Jermaine Taylor when he move's and users his jab...and throws combinations......he was giving Kelly Pavlik real problems. Against a fighter like Kelly Pavlik movement is the key..movement breaks fighters rhythm's.

Kool- I agree with you, except I believe JT's stamina problem comes from over-exertion. I watched this fight more than 10 times and JT trying to throw everything but the kitchen sink at Kelly with each shot. Plus, Kelly's jab had a serious affect on JT. JT backed off and retreated to the corner everytime he was hit cleanly. I think JT is going to have a problem overcoming the mental part of his game.

Ive seen judah do it too... and a lot of other fighters in local gyms.

anyways... its hard for me to not root for JT in this, he wants it so bad and you can tell.

For those thinking that JT lost due to stamina though.... your wrong, pavlik was winning a lot of facets of that fight... jabbing, had taylor backing up, outside round 2 landing the cleaner and harder punches,

This will be a repeat if JT doesnt learn to box on his toes and improves his d more.

And that is because he'll never be able to overcome the PHYSICAL part of Kellys game.

Exactly I was going to show the clip of Judah and it's a VERY known training technique used to strengthen the muscles in the back, shoulders and arms.. Old school fighters used to chop wood.

Regarding the fight, JT is NOT a smart fighter by any stretch. But if he fights smart this should be an easy win. He had the first fight clearly won had he not punched himself out and gone to Pavlik's body after the knockdown instead of head hunting..

I think he'll be lured into another duel and depending on who absorbs the punishement will be the winner for the most part..

This is a method was founded by Laszlo Papp, 3 time olympic champion. Very good training method.

 jermain has been doing this for a while now, there are lots of boxers (judah, roy, oscar, tito, mayorga, vargas etc) who used this technique in the past.

I don't think anybody is claiming that Kelly invented it. It is ironic that there are now photos of JT doing it.

Agreed, thats one thing i noticed in that fight was Jermain loading up on every punch thrown, that is very tiring i know form personal experience. In the rematch i hope he's more relaxed, he can win this

I just don't see that in his make-up. He is who he is.
