I don't think anybody has claimed they know the intimate details about JT's training regime. However, you can form an opinion on some very tangible things. ie: results from the fight, photos, whatever. Bottom line, they are opinions and you know what they say about opinions. I've been a fan of Taylor's. Watched him religiously, whenever he was on, but, he has and is challenging my hometown guy. I gained even more respect for JT after he lost. Well see what happens....

Wheres that video of KP standing straight up swinging that mall like a baseball bat at a tire thats standing up? Remember, it showed him flipping the thing over & pushing an SUV down the street.

Can't seem to find it anywhere.:fire

Too bad Taylor's camp didn't hire a pro like you, so you could teach the clueless Taylor how to use the sledge hammer the correct way.:D

Give it a break already about the damn hammer swinging! He's getting KO'ed again anyway, so it doesn't matter what he does in training or how he does it.

and no this is not how pavlik puts his weight behind his punches, its called TECHNIQUE something you learn at a boxing gym, usually while shadow boxing, on the mitts or the heavy bag.

I dont see why they should drastically alter his training methods, hes been a fighter for a long time, been through the olympics and all that.

Just work on his defense and not getting taged with those bombs and work on boxing would be better.

Do what he has always done to get in shape, we've never seen him fat so that isnt his problem, just focus on his defense more.

Look, I could care less who wins this fight...I just wanna see a good fight. But the sledge hammer experts in this thread are hilarious...that's all.:rofl

I know you're a big fan of Pavlik but aren't you a little worried?? I mean Taylor is a good fighter and is very motivated to get the job done in the rematch.
