If that's the case, I can understand why Kirkland would pass. He's got alot of momentum for himself, and Spinks is one of the best "momentum killers" of our time. He's still a ***** to fight at 154. Not the kind of guy a still raw prospect with a killer instinct should be taking on- at least not yet.

Taylor/Green is a bull**** fight. Green lost fights to Emmet Linton and Edsion Miranda. Ya, he got the nod against linton, but that was one of the worst decisions I've ever seen. The dumb mother****er has been staring at his shoes ever since. He's afraid Emmet is gonna steal 'em!

AND he lost a DECISION to Edison ****ing Miranda!!!!!

    This fight SUCKS!

And all this time, I thought I was the only one who saw that fight and thought the scores were bull****. I guess all of Green's lobbying for a payday finally paid off for him, but I was expecting something better. Hell, why not Miranda? He'd be at least a step up from this.

I wonder what Green's making for this fight since he'd been holding out for a payday, and Jermain's camp has been particularly scrooge-like in choosing this fight.

Emmett Linton counter punched the **** out of Green, and made him look like a sub-novice amature. He's a light middleweight by the way!

When you lose a DECISION to Miranda:patsch nothing else should ever need to be said. You're history in my book.

Going forward it will be very hard for me to continue to support JT. He won my full respect in Pavlik/Taylor I, but I think he just lost that.

But anyway, Green is still a dangerous fight for Taylor. When he's not looking at his shoes, and actually letting his hands go, Green has great handspeed and a lethal left hook. This fight is all risk no reward for Taylor. An impressive win over Green will be swept under the rug, since Green isn't highly regarded. A struggle, or even worse, a loss would be a huge setback for Jermain.
