    Taylor.

    Jacobs is extremely overrated.

    Jermain had more talent, and more heart. Taylor would never in a million years freeze up and give such a disappointing effort as Jacobs gave against Canelo.

    I have almost the exact opposite opinion. I see Jacobs' performances against Golovkin and Alvarez as positives. I didn't see him freeze; I thought he fought Canelo to a draw. Both GGG and Canelo are better than Taylor and Pavlik, and Jacobs proved to be a close peer to them.

    Taylor fought a drained Hopkins who was ready to be taken, and then struggled with his defenses until he was dethroned; his peers would be the likes of Spinks, Ouma, and Wright.

    Two overrated fighters. Slight edge to Taylor who at least had a few quality wins.

    I like Taylor here, in a UD, around 116-112. Jermaine wasn't really bad he just wasn't able to progress and stay at a high level after getting a title. Short prime
