Id have to see PW as a middleweight, I think hes had a couple middleweight fights however i have not seen them, and they weren't against anyone with any sort of notoriety.

I think the X factor is how the added weight would affect PW. If he's stronger and still doesn't lose any speed, who knows. But JT is a very gifted athlete with quick twitch mucles. He's got a heck of a counter game. His punches are like cobra attacks. You throw and he's on you. But again, if the added weight gives PW some pop, that might force JT to respect PW's activity more. So who knows.

He countered the sh*t out of Pavlik. JT would let Pavlik throw a punch and just work off of that. And he would follow some of those up with beautiful combinations that made you realize why he's so talented. When he lets his hands go, it's shock and awe for his opponents.

Probably be like Quintana/PW 1? Quintana never hurt PW but the well timed shots seemed to affect him. JT is much more explosive in his counter game and can even follow that up with combinations. I'm not saying PW has no chance. As said before, who knows how the added weight would affect him. If he can take a shot better and adds more pop, it might be a toss up. I really like both fighters BTW.

It all depends on how much power Paul can bring and what he can really take.

for some reason i just imagine paul williams sneaking in one of those jabs at jt and it leaving jt a little dizzy and pw just finishing the job.... kinda like how he did quintana... but like i said its wishful thinking

williams is durable and we already know Jermain Taylor is incapable of stopping a durable opponent who is trying to survive, so it would be a decision for taylor based on size and power

But the questions that no one has 100% answers to is how can Paul deal with JT power, and what kind of effect will his power have on JT?

if he could eat up all that abuse from margarito and was willing to fight pavlik id be willing to bet he would hold up
