    Taylor may have suffered a severe concussion in the Abraham fight. One report says the real 'blow' was when he hit the canvas with his head. Hard to say, but he was 'out of it' for a long time and DiBella won't touch him from a promotional stand point. I think he realizes the extent of the possible risks if JT were to continue.

    Yeah, anytime you hear the words "brain bleed," it's time to really worry about a fighter.

    Taylor is a 'real' fighter and you Americans bash him too much IMO. I wish he was British, he would be far more respected

    im glad you can predict the future and know whats in a boxers heart.....
    im also glad you think you know whats best for Jermain taylor and his future.
    If ever fighter fought with your candy ass mentality they would quit after there first loss. "he might as well hang em up because hes gonna get brutally stopped again" get the F out of here with that ***** ass mentality :|

    Only some fans. I've always liked Taylor and still do, which is precisely why I wish he'd retire. He's made plenty of money, and there's too much risk.

    Pavlik and Abraham and 2 devastating punchers. He was winning that Froch fight too until the last minute KO.

    If he's still relatively healthy, I don't mind seeing him come back. Obviously, he needs to build himself back up though, with a couple of easier fights.
