It's gotta be hard for JT, my man was on top of the boxing world for a while until those string of knockouts happened. The last one was probably the most brutal, and you know his mental state was all ****ed up. Like you guys said I think he's so happy that he got hit with a good shot and dropped (right at the end of the fight like always) but was able to continue was a big obstacle for him to overcome to himself. I guess he feels like he can take a shot and get back up now.
Hate to say it cuz I really like Taylor but soon as he faces a top fighter he's getting knocked the **** out again

i think he was just over excited that he recovered from a knock down. trying to turn a negative into a positive. it was a hard flush shot but if you notice when he was on the grown he had this silly grin on his face like he was more embarassed than anything else. with that said i really do wish he'd do the responsibible thing a retire. i was told from some close sources he's taking the money he's made in the past and invested it quite wisely and pretty financially secure. i think he's also made some money in the early stages of his career doing some endorsements etc. but watching jt continue fighting is like supporting your country going to war. you may not support the cause but you have to support the troops.

I understand the interview. he almost got knocked out, but pulled through, survived and won a decision. We shouldnt lay too much weight on that interview. we werent in a fight, right? he was the one who fought.

no one is saying juanma is brain damaged when he clearly made some bogus claims in his last fight. when people get overly excited they do say things that are out there. even when he's not excited he's had a speech problem since childhood and was laughed at for that. so when he's overly excited it comes out.

I tried to tell a few nuthuggers on here before the fight that Taylor has a Glass Jaw they just made excuses. When you get knocked down by a guy with a padded record from Minnesota (anyone who has followed the sport knows what I am talking about with Minnesota fighters) you have an awful Chin.

Taylor needs to retire before he gets seriously hurt he simply doesn't have the Chin to be a fighter.

I actually have no problem with how he acted after the fight. I didn't watch it live and only just watched it know. So there is a possibility that I would have had a queezy feeling if I had watched it live. But to be honest I think he was being real. I mean the guy spet a couple of days in a German hospital recovering from a brain bleed. He, in actual fact could have lost his life had his bleed been a more extensive. So I can see him basically saying to himself that he's made a big step in convincing himself that he's taking the right steps to preparing himself properly. Because what he's worried about isn't just getting knocked out its dieing. I don't want to see this guy be the next Duku Kim. And I don't want him to fight another round of boxing. But you have admire his balls.
