The IBF rankings at 154 are a total joke. Names you never heard of. I think the IBF was pushing him in with Kell Brook (abandoning the 147lb ibf belt) and Charlo bitched out hard.

Forget GGG, Lemieux, Stevens - they KO him. He cant even hang with andy lee, eubank jr, korobov or heiland.

I don't think he wins wide, he could win and I like Charlo but Canelos chin is pretty good and although his footwork is trash to me personally when I scale footwork(Canelo). Canelo still got a pretty good set of skills and experience in his favor.

 

Good move by Charlo.
He can make a huge splash in the talent free 160 division while giving fans what they miss seeing in the division; competitive excitement.

 

Naw naw, nice try but no cigar. What is say's is, that he is not as reckless as Brook. He is coming to win and not to get a paycheck.

 

He won't be there by himself too long. I think that Hurd and Lubin is not far behind and hopefully Andrade. The middleweight division is about to on and poping.

 

I think Ronnie's request that Jermall's allowed a couple of acclimatising fights to be totally reasonable.

Perhaps start him off with Munroe, Chudinov or Heiland?

 

I agree. It's going to get deep at 160. Expect Golovkin and K2 to start laying the ground work for his moving to 168.

 

Comapring Jermall Charlo to Brook is akin to comparing a Super rich Triple decker Chocolate cake to a .99 cent bag of Hostess Twinkies.
They just ain't the same.

 

If I was him I would target Sanders get a easy warm up in at 160. Then target Sanders it's an easy belt for Charlo

 

I don't want to see Mora fight anyone tbh. Being shot aside, he's prob the worst fighter to watch in living memory. His style really is an eyesore. Soliman is another name way past his best, how about Martin Murray? If Jermall has serious designs on the division then he needs to be beating the likes of Martin from the off really.
