    The only guy that had trouble seeing was your boy Deveryanchencko from Charlo's sledge hammer jab swelling up his eyes. Dude looked like he put his head in a meat grinder at the end of the fight. 117-111, really? C'mon CST80. Don't lower yourself to the level of the guys you claim are ruining the sport. With a score like that, you are as bad as they are. 117-111 SMFH

    The only round I was off in was the 4th, but IIRC, Derevyanchenko's shots were heavier.

    But hey, I'll give him credit... Jermall landed a lot more jabs, even though they didn't have close to the effect that Sergiy's hooks to the body and head had.

    Watched it today on replay for the first time. Thought I was generous to Derevyanchenko through the first half of the fight. I had it all square after 6 which I thought was very generous to him. I had a few distractions through the second half of the fight so those rounds weren't given my full attention. Rounds 7 through 9 in particular so maybe I've dudded Derevyanchenko in one or more of those.

    Strongly disagree here.
    No way did Charlo clearly win 8 rounds.
    I myself won´t really argue with anyone if they had it for Charlo visa close margins, but that was not a clear victory.

    How did you give the first to Charlo? He got outjabbed and himself landed nothing else of note besides a few stiff jabs. He tried a left hook but it missed, only for Ranallo to call it as landing(SD landed his body jab).
    SD landed his right hand multiple times.
    Clear SD round.

    But **** me, If I rewatch the entire thing, it will be muted. I was basically a SHO fanboy some years ago, but **** those pricks.

    I see, so just going by power shots, then yes, SD was ahead and that could be the main criteria for judging, but if you count all punches landed, then Charlo was ahead. There is nothing definitive that states one criteria should be used. The scoring is subjective. You only count power shots and others count all shots. Who is right? Knowing the punch stats, how can anyone cry robbery? I feel, Charlo's jab, combined with his power shots, did enough damage to get the win.

    All power shots are not equal. Charlo landed the way more clean, effective and damaging shots. Sergiy didn’t land more of them anyway.

    According to punch stats SD did land more power shots in 9 out of 12 rounds. Charlo laned more total punches in 7 out or 12 rounds. In the 8th they landed the same, but I give the edge to SD, because he landed more power shots.
