Jermell Charlo vs Kell Brook? (Brook could win WBC Silver belt)

Charlo is not in any way as good as Spence and Brook more than held his own before the eye injury.

If Brook is back to his best he can outbox Charlo just like Jackson and Vanes did, only Brook doesn't have a paper mache chin like Lubin (just eyes).

Brook is the better all round fighter.
