How does the current undisputed fighter of 154 (Jermell) do against a prime Terrible Terry Norris? Terry Norris had the speed, power, offense, and aggression that made him a formidable fighter but his chin was vulnerable and fragile. Charlo has shown to be an underrated technician and also a good puncher that can end a fight.
I think this would be a really good fight. Norris was obviously the more talented fighter but he can be hit with a good one that could turn his lights out, which Charlo is capable of doing. However, I think a sharp, focused and more controlled Norris can beat Charlo easily using his superior speed and boxing skills so long as he doesn't get clocked or overly reckless.

Both at their best I give the edge to Terrible Terry.

Charlo TKO, Norris is faster and more powerful than Castano but he's chinnier and less defensively responsibly. Charlo comes off the deck and stops Norris r9 or 10

Something I remembered was when Norris got knocked down and hurt by a jab from Simon Brown in their first fight. Charlo knocked out Rosario with a jab to the body. I think Charlo is definitely someone who can stop Norris at any given moment even while he's down on the scorecards.

With Norris, sometimes he would get over confident because he would beat people so easily then get KOED, that would usually happen in the first fight, then in the rematch Norris would dominate and not make the same mistake. In this case it would be similar, Norris dominates the first fight but then gets caught and stopped. In the rematch Norris dominates the whole fight without getting caught seemingly winning a clear decision, maybe 9 - 3 only to get a draw. That is because in the clearly identified robbery formula that applies to Canelo and the Charlo brothers, a 9 -3 loss for them = a draw, or a 9 -3 win for the apponent gets only a draw. You have to win 10 - 2 or better, as seen with Bivol. I had Castano winning the first fight 9 -3. And that fight was called a draw.

After watching Charlo again last weekend, I confidently pick Norris to win by wide UD or late stoppage.

Terrible Terry is one of the best jr middles of all time in his prime. Great jab, very good power, good movement and good speed in combination. When terry was on his game he looked unbeatable. And against Charlo it would be no difference. Norris TKO.

Norris is in my top 3 favorites, but I don’t think his chin would hold up

Charlo lays him out in one fight and Norris outpoints him in the other.

I wouldn't rule out a Charlo KO, its a possibility. But if Norris took this fight seriously and did not get overly offensively focused, I would think he should outbox Charlo over 12.

If he did get overly offensive I could see this ending in a KO for either guy. Norris was very good and could land powerful combos that looked like shoe shines but were actually damaging.
