Charlo made the adjustments he needed to in the first two rounds, but some bad habits re-emerged in the third.

If it was Castanos gameplan to leave it out of the hand of the judges he isn't doing well because all these rounds have a good argument for Charlo.

 

This is a much more technical Charlo, working behind the jab, boxing beautifully. Charlo landed a grat uppercut on Castaño while he was aginst the ropes. Just peppering Castaño with the jab. Round 3 was close, you could giv it to Castaño but for me that was Charlo. 30-27 Charlo after 3.

Another close round with Castano landing a couple more punches.

 

3-0 Charlo, 3rd round was narrow

 

Pressure is no joke. Charlo responding well with the jab and some counters. Turning into a brawl at times, favors Castano.

Iron Man failing to keep that right fist responsibly home on D. That might be a pertinent MacGuffin a few rounds hence. Castaño has grazed him throwing over it a few times already while pressuring, lesson still not learned...wait til he gets through flush.
