Wilder got rocked by Haye in Sparring. Quarry would put him through the floor if he landed

Evgeny Romanov has a style similar to Quarry; counter puncher with a good left hook and Romanov KOed Wilder so maybe Quarry could win but TBF Wilder was not very experienced at the time.

I don't think so. Quarry is the much smaller though much better boxer. It would look like a talented athletic kid fighting his clumsy oafish step-dad. Wilder just has to land the power once.

Wilder would toy with Quarry no offense but I give Quarry a great chance to ko the stiff PED body builder Joshua. And that's real! - Dave Chappelle

To be fair, Shavers never got to land flush on Quarry, which is kind of the point of why I think Quarry would have a good chance vs Wilder. The way Wilder swings would leave plenty of counter punching opportunities for Quarry to exploit. Quarry buckled Lyle's knees with a left hook so I know he would hit hard enough to do damage to Wilder.

You could've said the same for Mac Foster, Earnie Shavers and Ron Lyle. All of whom were better technical boxers than Wilder and not much smaller, weight wise. Lyle was the largest of the 3 at 219 pounds, Wilder is about 225? Wilder is just taller and has more length, which admittedly could be a problem.

I disagree... Wilder seems like a great "fighter" with a lot of heart. But as a boxer he's got flaws.

If I had to pick a winner I'd go Quarry, but I wouldn't like my bet.
