Quarry will trade with him. Louis hits harder, has quicker hands, and doesn't cut. If Quarry tries outboxing him ala Conn, he could make it interesting but he won't. He will try and trade with him and lose. Louis is not a one dimensional puncher like Lyle or Shavers. He is much quicker, more accurate and technical. Quarry may win a couple of rounds but gets tko'd around round 6.
It would be entertaining while it lasted. Jerry would get some shots in. He was talented. He wasnt Joe Louis though. It would be a rough ending for Quarry. Louis by TKO 5th.
Louis stops Quarry after beating him up. Quarry may or may not score a knock down but it won't matter, it's not going to the cards anyway.
