A lot of truth in what you say,Mr.Magoo. I reckon 1970-75 was the peak of the peak heavyweight years.

    1. Ali

    2. Foreman

    3. Frazier

    4. Holmes (his best work was in the 80's or he'd be #2. he did beat Shavers x2 and Norton in the 70's)

    5. Norton (his losses to Ali x2 and Holmes were very close, he also beat Ali and Quarry)

    6. Young (lost very close fights that could have easily been scored his way vs. Ali and Norton. He also has wins over Foreman and Lyle x2. He was stopped by Shavers before he peaked, he later fought him to a draw)

    7. Lyle (he was outboxed by Quarry before he peaked but he did much better vs. Ali and Jimmy Ellis than Quarry did. They both stopped Shavers)

    8. Quarry (he beat Patterson ('67), Lyle and Shavers but was brutalized by Ali x2, Frazier x2, and Norton)

    9. Shavers (stopped Young, Jimmy Ellis, and Norton. stopped Bugner in the early 80's)

    10. Bugner (he did better vs. the likes of Ali x2, Frazier, and Lyle than most but lost to them all, he was stopped by Shavers in '82)
