Smooth as butter, had the potential to have a much better career. Lost most of the big fights he should have won.
I love watching Jersey Joe. The guys a genius. Because of one or two factors he lost more than he should, but even in later age, giving Louis two extremely hard puzzling fight s, beating Charles and almost defeating marciano proved how great he was. An old time gent from a better era.
Terrific boxer with a punch in both hands...if only he was a little busier...let his hands go a little more
