Great way to get Fury's last bout n Classic .. man did he look like crap .. in the early rounds ( 1 and 2 ) I actually thought he might pull an Oliver McCall in Lewis 2 .. he has such a long way to go ,, we will see if he even has a chance if he does not get fat between fight, gets another bout in a couple of months and drops another two stone .. either way I don't see it as his game was speed and movement and after the layoff I don't see it coming back.

    Cocaine is a helluva drug.

That said, we can't really tell anything from that match. Fury wasn't even involved for 2 rounds before he even began to mount an offense and pretty quickly stopped a guy who had never been stopped before. He had a problem with distance but had some nice uppercuts. He literally fought about 20 seconds over 4 rounds. Not a deep sample size, which in itself is disconcerting.

Fury does not seem mentally stable, certainly not in good physical shape for all the vids of him in a gym. I don't think he will ever recover the necessary faculties above the neck that are required to compete at the championship level.

I'd like to see what Fury would look like after 26 rounds in the summer sun in Havana.
He'd melt down like the Wicked Witch of the East (or was it West?).

Can't really say with an opponent that poor.

I actually think both are underrated, at their best anyway which neither were for those fights.

Willard doesn’t stand a chance with the fury of the Wlad fight. Willard wouldn’t land a punch

This. While I still think Willard is no great shakes, and while Fury has oodles of raw talent, he looked crappy vs Seferi and out of shape. He is no Dempsey and over a long stretch I agree fully with Frankindallas that Fury will progressively look worse and worse. Jess' chin and gameness will tell heavily in his favour, and Fury's mental state won't be helped by 1t. Willard would keep plugging away and I think in a 20 odd round fight he stops that version of Fury. It may even be possible that he wins a 12 rounder, in fact, I think I favour him.

Fury has some way to go before even approaching being the fighter that he once was. He may never be that fighter again.

A prime, Wlad-fight Fury would UD Willard with ease.

I think Jess decides to work the corner as he sends his mother out to fight Tyson and she drops a disputed 12 round split decision . Harold Letterman at ringside scores it for Mom 115- 113
