I don't need to tell you the difficulties with making a prediction here. Fulton seems to have been a much better technician, but I am going on written descriptions there. Willard obviously took a punch a lot better. My guess is that Fulton would give Willard a boxing lesson for a few rounds, but at some point Willard would find him with a big shot, and put him away.
