he had just fought zuniga, so didn't have anything planned. with andrade, it wasn't like he was no.1 contender for the title. bute gave him a rematch because he chose to. not because he had to.

You seem to forget that Froch was not even able to fight right away after his fight against Taylor. Bute had to wait for him. That was long enough for the first talks from Showtime. And that was too long for Bute to make an optional before against his mandatory (Andrade).

 

hell no, i wouldn't of called him a coward. froch is a much better fighter than andrade. he could of just fought a rematch with andrade after froch. plus, bute had already dominated andrade. he got tired in the last round and got knocked down.. so what. he still clearly beat him.

i wasn't one of those idiots that said bute got knocked out. he got up before the count of ten.

 

Cleverly is still too green for someone with the talent of Bute. The victory against Karo Murat isn't that great because Murat just show that he was limited.
