    Not really

His only decent wins were over an underachievering early pro version of Douglas and a woefully out of shape and unmotivated Ray Mercer.

Il take Morrison's upset of Foreman over anything Ferguson did

Sure did think he won that Holmes bout. That would have provided him a big payday and he was capable of rising to the occasion and getting his arm raised a time or 2 against better fighters. Instead it was back to the saltmines and opportunities just don't come along for unconnected guys like Ferguson.

Think this is right tbh. He had the ability to be a lot better in certain fights, he just didn't have that will to win in a lot of fights.

Thats pretty astonishing for a fellow with that many losses.

Btw, does someone know if the bout against Douglas is up on YT again?

Most the guys who beat Ferguson would have beat Morrison.
Up until about when Ferguson was 37 or 38 anyway.
The only exceptional is Anders Eklund, who had an 8 round decision over Jesse in '86.

    I doubt it.

Jesse lacked any sort of lateral movement.
I can envision George unleashing uppercuts under Ferguson's guard.good night Jesse

Morrison executed a strict game plan based on movement and burt's of shots. He got in and out. Jesse lacked the versitility to execute such a game plan.
