It is now because it was shown up to be a complete sham of a sport in the past decade.

When you had police catching team cars with trunks literally full of drugs, its hard to sweep under the carpet.

I remember reading about the first ever Irish competitor in the Tour back in the 50s.(Seamus Elliot)
He said even back then, they were told to take amphetamines in the morning to give them a boost. Then of course they had to take relaxants in the evening to help them sleep because of the amphetamine effects.

I know most pro sports have drug problems, but cycling seemed to be out on its own.

The evidence for Armstrong being on drugs had been around for about 10 years before he got caught, but no one wanted to touch it because he was the cash cow.

When you're beating guys by 10 minutes who are absolutely on drugs...somethings up.

I know all that s*** I'm an avid Cycling fan, just as much as I am a Boxing fan. All sports are crooked but because Cycling actively polices itself more, they expose themselves more. You'd be saying the same stuff about every other sport if you knew what they were up to. Cycling and Armstrong have been made the scapegoat of doping while everyone else gets away with murder because no one wants to make themselves look bad and don't even try to clean themselves up. You and every body just pile on to Cycling because its an easy target. I wouldn't be surprised in the least if 75% or more of pro Boxers are PED's.

Froome's doing the same thing Lance was you guys need to check his ass out.

Oh I wouldnt be shocked if Froome was on stuff too.

Thats the problem. I cant really watch cycling anymore without just assuming that they're all on something.

They create an event like the tour de france which is essentially impossible to compete in, unless you're on gear, and thats what happens.

They have to test rigorously now, because the sport lost literally all its credibility, and needs to gain it back.

Do you also go on cycling forums, aggregate videos and come up with gay nicknames for cyclists?
