Bivol is more skilled than Rodriguez and Beterbiev is problem for anyone P4P and he would kill Rodriguez if they're the same weight. The next 5 could be claimed by Nakatani, Davis, Benevidez, Canelo, Lomachenko, Rodriguez or Stevenson. There's quite a bit of talent in the P4P list these days.

Pretty much. Ring tends to have at least 1 American in there who clearly doesn´t deserve it. Heck, even Broner was ranked 5th at one point.
