What an idiot, do you guy think he deserves/ will get another shot at the UFC?
Personally I thought his fights were boring, I think Dana might have been pleased to get rid of him IMO.

He deserves another shot after a stint in purgatory. He's got room for improvement. His fights are boring, because he only trusts his wrestling to win for him (and that's enough in the UFC). Get him in a good camp, where they force him to develop other skills and he'll get better.

But FIRST... he should never drink another drop of alcohol ever again. It's impressive that he can go on a bender and then go out and fight 15 minutes soon after, but he's a very emotionally immature guy. Add alcohol to the mix, and he becomes a recklessly immature guy, who defines himself by his toughness and strength.

Some people can drink a little and that's enough - this guy doesn't have that switch.

Alcohol definitely makes him very agrressive. Being an MMA fighter its not good because he just might hurt someone.

The guy's an idiot. He's a father, and yet he can't hold his liquor and act like an adult. Everytime he got tanked he was picking fights and breaking stuff. The guy's the epitome of a meathead goon.

I thought it was amusing in the final TUF episode when Dana White told
Amir Sadollah that Jesse Taylor was kicked off the show, Amir immediately said "steroids?"
    Speaks volumes about Taylor's behaviour!

That's not what he said. He asked if he was okay.

Are you sure? I thought Dana White then laughed and said no after the steroids comment.

He deserves a shot at the big time after plowing threw some decent mixed martial-artists on the show.

I'd say he'll probably get the call back, and do fairly well. He obviously has an alcohol problem, and if he can beat that, it'll be a good story, what with him being the original underdog and all.

His behavior definitely was dumb, but he gained notoriety in doing that, and in 2008, that merits getting at least one more chance.

Dana really handled this one wisely IMO. He hit the nail on the head when he told Taylor off for claiming he was a "UFC fighter". He has a serious maturity problem - even when he was on the show, it's clear that he has problems when he's intoxicated.

It's almost like somebody getting invited to an NFL training camp and then trashing a bar yelling "I'M A NEW ENGLAND PATRIOT!". Or something like that, I don't really know football all that well :D .

Yeah man, I've seen it a few times now and he says "is he okay" and White says "No he's not. He went on a rampage" or something like that. No one ever says the word steroids.

I cant believe how stupid some people get. ****ing blew a 6 figure UFC contract because he decided to get drunk.
    That is plain idiocy.

But Dana did say he might get another shot in the future once he matures.

I think he will get another shot on a UFC card but I doubt we will see too much from him.

If you ask me.... Dana White deserves some of the blame.

Ultimately, it's Taylor's decision to drink. But the fact that they were locked in a house with nothing but 15 other fighters and a bar that you'd have to hire Patrick Swayze to bounce for, only tells the fighters that White has a lax attitude about drinking alcohol.

Sequestering these guys AND giving them a little alcohol is one thing. These guys, though, have a mini liquor store in their house. This doesn't discourage them from drinking too much. It's almost as if the UFC and White condone it.

Thats a good point, but I think Dana is just interested in ratings, no surprise there.
