Decent signings for Eddie imo, I think he’s done good with the few names we’ve heard of considering all the setbacks we heard about at the beginning.
It's not looking great. Like, he's got the chief supports, the world champions. But where's the superstars (Garcia's, Charlo's, Spence's, even Wilder was mentioned at some point), the people that attract views.. those are the ones that really matter, let's be honest. He's got 3 or 4 on the UK side, he needs 3 or 4 on the US side to match. I think it's pretty clear that Eddie's ace up his sleeve is AJ. It's as clear as daylight that he is signing on DAZN against povetkin. Why else would they do the press conference on the same day as those dazn signings announcement.. I'd be very surprised if we see the fight on Showtime again.
Eddie will likely have to build his own stars. The Charlo´s and Spence are not superstars. Not yet anyways. I am happy for Roman, dude deserves a good payday. And Vargas is jumping ship once again. Dude has been with TMT, Top Rank, PBC and now DAZN. (But you can't really knock on the guy because so far it has always paid off for him)
Danny is a great sign probably the most underrated boxer right now. Vargas sign is meh but Eddie is probably looking for that broner rematch money
