I have already expressed that I was/am disappointed in his working with Ariza and Memo.

I don't hold it to the promoter when their fighters test positive for PED's. So while I think less of Bey and Love, I don't hold it against the promoter. Similar to how I wouldn't hold it against Golden Boy for having had multiple fighters pop for PED's.

Even when Floyd has been spouting on about pioneering"cleaning up the sport"? He then goes on to sign multiple PED users. :nut:patsch

They popped for PED's after they were already signed on.

Strange of you to hold promoters accountable for their fighters PED use. If you were consistent, you would just as much hold every promoter to those standards as they all promote guys who have tested positive. But I'm guessing you don't do that. Consistency sometimes too much to ask for...

Guessing and drawing conclusions based on pure assumption to try and defend your stance is kinda cringe-worthy to be honest.

Floyd was self-proclaiming to be pioneering a drug-free boxing. His boxers get caught cheating, and remain under his promotional company bearing his name.

Definitely does nothing to help the suspicions already surrounding him.

Don't forget, Bey and Love train under the Mayweathers out of the Mayweather Boxing Gym.

    The irony is unreal.

I wasn't defending my stance with a "guess." My stance is typed above and iron clad, my man.

My "guess" was about your stance on the issue. All I can do is guess because I don't live through you. And I'm guessing that my "guess" is correct.

Could you even imagine what would happen if there were a "Pacquiao promotions" and a load of the fighters trained under Roach were caught using PEDs? We'd be bombarded with 40 page mega threads every day by the domestic abuser support squad.

I don't understand, floyd hasn't ever worked with memo. Just because memo was in his gym doesn't mean he's helping floyd lol :S jesus

Your guess was to deliberately support your attack that I hold double standards when it comes to promoters. Floyd is the biggest name in boxing and I used him as an example. Yet, you saw it as an attack on your lifestyle hero and got your jimmies all rustled. So, for clarity I will confirm that I hold all promoters equally responsible for what they do with fighters after they are caught using PEDs. Those that peddle myths about them "cleaning up the sport", a la Floyd, deserve more attention. :hi:

Sort of like the irony that Jessie Vargas refused one camp aid who has PED connections to accept a different camp aid who has PED connections?

Or the irony that Freddie Roach claims Alex Ariza is a dirty PED-peddling snake despite previously praising him and defending him from PED claims?

Or the irony that Freddie Roach claimed he didn't even know what steroids were or what they looked like back in 2010 but there are many interviews years prior about him describing giving Toney PED's in his camp to recover from injury and even details the affects they had on his body during training (initial bloating, then repair of shoulder, etc. etc.)?

Or the irony that Bernard Hopkins claims he will happily give blood for free to prove he is clean but then makes a hissy fit when Jean Pascal publicly asks him to "take zee test!" and refuses to do so, not just for free, but even for money he refused!

Or the irony that Nonito Donaire ended his 24/7/365 random testing program immediately after he dumps Victor Conte as his S&C coach?

Or the irony that Pacquiao claims he will definitely never take any drug test that is above what the local commissions ask but after he gets KTFO6 he insists that all opponents will be tested under the program of his choice (see: joint drug testing program for Bradley II) and anyone who avoids drug testing is suspicious?

...that sort of irony? I agree.

Unfortunately money makes the world turn.

    Hahaha

Thank you for clarifying. I am honestly surprised but glad to hear that you hate all promoters equally.

Yeah that sort of irony. Now imagine any of those subjects were trying to be the face of "cleaning up the sport". That's why your lifestyle hero deserves ridicule :good
