Donaire has perhaps inferred it with his VADA collaboration. I don't think Hopkins and Pacquiao have been doing ANYTHING like Floyd's cleaning up the sport chanting. Not even close.

1. Refusing to accept the cutoff window of random drug testing is refusing to accept the random drug testing proposed.

2. Roach said that he thought Ariza was giving PED's to Pac without his knowledge. I've seen the interview you are describing and you are correct but I've also seen the interview I am describing and I am also correct.

So those are bad examples on your part. See my above post about finding a gun, loading it, and then shooting yourself in the foot. But I know what you're saying. Some people can't grasp certain things. For example...

Some Peoples' Reality:

Pacquiao refuses to be bullied in negotiations while Mayweather makes fake demands to avoid fight!!

Reality:

Team Pacquiao doesn't agree to drug testing demands in negotiation despite his demands being agreed to from the other party of the negotiation.

Freddie Roach says "it was our fault the fight didn't happen back then (2010) because of the drug testing."

 

Funny. There wasn't any additional or overseen drug testing before 2010 when Floyd started "chanting" that he wanted to clean up the sport. Now they are in place for many fights and a major b!tching point among fans... I would say a job well done.

I praise Pac, Hopkins, and Donaire for their apparent desires to fight clean and in a clean sport. I just wish their actions would line up with what they claim.

The same applies with Mayweather and not punishing, or at the very least publicly throwing under the bus, Bey or Love as their promoter. He did say in an interview after Love tested positive that he was "going to talk to him" about not cutting corners or something like that.

 

Floyd fans are the worst. It's like being a Manchester United fan in the 90s... If Manchester Utd were beating the women of their children and being racist towards asians while playing the victim of racism themselves.

If I were a boxer wanting to clean the sport up, I'd be treating Memo like cops treat dealers on playgrounds if he wandered into my gym.

Maybe John Q. Undercard fighting for ham sandwiches and handshakes wouldn't have the pull to do that, but Floyd could've easily given him the boot from his premises. It just doesnt look good with guys like that hanging around; why bother inviting the suspicion?

 

Pacquiao said his team walked away from negotiation for failure to agree with the drug testing demand. That actually is a "FACT!" like everyone likes to point out.

NOTHING you can say changes that fact (and the fact that everyone on his team echoed this statement, and that Freddie Roach recently directly cut to the chase and admitted what many of us have been able to see for years now; that they were the reason the fight didn't happen in 2010 and that, yes, it was due to the drug testing [that is from their mouths, not mine]).

Add it all up. Fight made much more money in 2015 than 2010 for both fighters. I've always felt and said that neither fighter truly wanted it back then but one side actually walked away from the table with a specific reason (drug testing, of all things) after every other issue was agreed to. So how can I or anyone ignore that? How can you continue to ignore that in this very discussion?

If you treat that quote as factual and the end-all-be-all, then that means you value his word as factual and the end-all-be-all. Therefore everything he has ever said, in this case about Pac and drug testing, has also been factual. In which case, you have infinite contradictions.
