Vargas is missing the right hand overhead as Pacquiao leans into his attack with his right shoulder lowered for an offensive dive and the rest of him following suit.

What's pissin me off is how Vargas, the guy with the 5 inch height and 5 inch reach advantage is the backing up, waiting for the smaller shorter guy to come to him.

Pacquiao is sprinting around Vargas, then braking to a casual stroll just outside Vargas' comfortable jabbing range. Pacquiao is widening the distance on his lateral steps, creating distance, and then yo-yoing inside with quick one-twos and swatting right hooks at the head, testing his opponent, keeping Vargas honest and making sure that left glove roaming down from by his ear never goes unpunished. Vargas is trying his best to just time Pacquiao with something of substance but realizes that landing is an uphill battle, and is pulling some of his power. Vargas looks to be tiring.
