I got the feeling the kind of money they wanted for that Brook fight, they was planning on Charles Martin'ing it in the UK.

So am I alone in not considering Lomachenko vs. Walters that exciting? Bunce seems to fancy it a blockbuster event, but really we're looking at what on paper should be a fairly straightforward Loma shutout, barring Walters putting his lights out with a fluke lucky punch located PERFECTLY (since we haven't really seen any evidence of Loma having anything less than excellent chin) ...right? What am I missing here?

Didn't really sound like he wanted to fight Mayweather again though, eh? Think he knows his race has run - even a Mayweather who hasn't thrown a meaningful punch in 18 months would take him to school worse than last time.

Can see Pac in beside Amir Khan or something like that next. Good money, entertaining fight and a certain KO win.

Jessie Vargas himself was throwing side-eye @ Moretti when that score was read out. Like he was embarrassed to be getting a handful of token rounds on some biased dude's card.

You could say that about most of Lomachenko's fights if you base it upon his level v his opponent though. I guess, more than anything, it'll just be good to see Loma out there again.

All of a sudden Walters is as crude as the bums that Lomachenko has KO'd. smh. Hi-Tek is clearly the better technical boxer, but The Axe Man is Lomachenko's size, and can punch. If you've watched Lomachenko's fights, you notice that he blocks punches with his face from time to time. He better not do that with Walters.

fight actually sucked now that i look back on it...pretty mediocre performance by both...more disappointed in vargas and definitely not impressed by pac.

i had vargas winning the fight 7 rounds to 5.....

face it...vargas is far from top level...and he beat pac.

to get a win over pac at this point in his career you basically gotta ko him....no judge will give you win over him in a close fight.

pac can't ko top level opponents anymore...and if it was danny garcia in there or crawford or spence or thurman i don't like pac's chances...hell, i even favor broner or felix diaz over him.

Lomachenko will box Walters head off, Walters better fight Loma like Maidana fought Floyd even though he has the far superior reach.

The 114-113 Moretti score was a joke. Something obviously corrupt/influenced there.

You are right. Pac is not the same as he was after the KO6. But I wasn't disappointed i was disappointed with DUNITO NONAYRI. Idiot was making an ass of himself before the fight and he goes in there not throwing punchES. He does it all the time and this time the judges wasn't on his side. DUNITO left it too late IN round 12 but the ship has already sailed.

    Oh goodness no!

My life is more complicated now than when I quit, if anything.

...but it was fun to sit in the big chair again for a night with a lot of people buzzing. Kind of like Picard dropping in on the bridge of USS Titan and looking at Riker and being like "Long flight. I need an Earl Grey, hot. Make it so, number one! ...lol JK! Sup lil nigguh!!!"

    Pac's done.

That was the most tepid performance I've ever seen him give.

    He needs to retire.

The Pac of Bradley 3 was the top 147 lber.

Tonight's Pac is about five, maybe lower.
