In all honesty, they'd all be competitive. Before Vargas was brought up as a Pacquiao opponent, I thought he looked good early on but tends to fade quickly. I don't see anything special in him. He could very well beat all of those guys but I wouldn't put money on it.

Vargas is good, he still a little green though. I'm a vargas fan but I don't think he beats chino, ghost a toss up and I think he beats Ortiz.
