hahaha i love people pretending to $hit on this fight.

Who was he supposed to fight with Canelo, Saunder, Jacobs all in hiding??? Lara? LOL he hides behind haymon and will never get a PPV fight after that Canelo disaster.

I mean i have no idea who Wade is either, but at some point you have to realize that GGG is just fine defending all his belts and trying to unify the division as politics allow. His MW run is no different than Hopkins.

Now Wade is dangerous? Before this fight most GGG fans didn't know who he was or I bet they thought he lost Soliman. This is a travesty.

He should not have stepped aside for Cotto-Canelo but let me guess he was getting the winner right afterwards right?

He has essentially been waiting for a shot since Sturm was prime and when he was with Universum. In that time he could of been a 3 weight champ with a chance to beat Ward and Kovalev but nope he is content on fighting sub par opponents. Its funny when you see GGG fans talking about how he would destroy Ward and that he beat up on Kovalev in sparring but GGG would rather call out smaller fighters. Makes sense....

He is a good fighter but his career has been horribly mishandled.

    wade is a decent fighter
looks to wait for leads and counterpunch
    has decent power and speed
has only fought at a low level and lacks experience v a puncher

i see wade doing ok until he gets caught and then boxing defensivly looking to not get kod rather than win.
he wont be easy to catch with a clean shot / but will be to tentative to try to win more than a few rounds.

but its a mandatory and ggg has to fight him .

this is not a fight IMO that ggg will look to good in , and his adversaries will use it to try and put him down /but when in with opponents like wade a win is a win / just get it done and on to the next opponent.

This. Not impressed with Wade, but at least he is a legitimate middleweight.

GGG will get the job done and move on. I can see Canelo being stripped and GGG fighting against Heiland for the WBC full title.

Golovkin is fighting the best opponent available to defend his IBF title and stay busy.

Is not GGG's fault that 155Chicknelo, KFCSaunders and Glasscobs are not brave enough to step up and take their beatings from him.:yep

Bruh Wade right now is a can, there is no way around it and that's how GGG likes it.

GGG has been WBC Mando since the end of 14/start of 15 after Rubio, I personally thought he would push for a fight after all his bluster. But Golovkin has consistently shown he would rather step to the side than push for a big time fight.
Cotto didn't have to fight Geale just like Canelo didn't have to fight Khan, this dude is a rouse built in hype and entertainment value.

I give GGG thumbs up for fighting an undefeated guy in his division. and Give Canelo the big thumbs down for fighting a glass jawed fight who is much smaller.

GGG is in his mid thirties and his resume still didn't have one worthy challenger. smh
