Jim Braddock vs the Cruiserweights

Lachlan really showed his lack of knowledge of cruiserweights. All of the fighters mentioned in the OP beat Braddock. Braddock's two best wins are basically flukes, vs guys who were clearly better and would've beaten him under different circumstances.

 

What state are Braddock's hand in?

 

This is fantastic. Well thought-out, I can see some threads of commonality among those you think would beat Braddock and some who might be head-scratchers but I can see why you think so.

I tend to agree with most of your picks. I’m going Braddock over Johnny Nelson because Johnny would hear that he knocked Louis down and go hide behind his stool. Seriously, Braddock would follow him around all night and try and Nelson wouldn’t do much and I think (hope) the judges wouldn’t reward Nelson lol.

I also think Braddock beats Adamek. Just too easy to hit.

Well comparison fights are iffy,,,but I don't see any of these guys beating Max Baer. Braddock did.

 

Nobody on that list would stop Baer and he would beat most of them.
