Bonavena kicks his ass. Why? Bigger, stronger and a ton of years of evolution

He wasn't but he wasn't a pressure fighter either.

It's not true, I don't think you've seen long version of Corbett vs Fitzsimmons.

I've seen everything. I just grabbed a clip off Youtube. I have like 10,000 fights. I've been collecting since the 1980s. I've seen Corbett. Seen everything on Corbett. I know the era. I got it.

He sucked. But I can see how he'd make all those drunks he fought dizzy. I can also see why he lost once people stopped getting drunk during fights and learned to jab.

Corbett couldn't win at any level today fighting just as he was in this video and neither could his opponent. They both look like the kind of guys one would see on the first night of a Toughman Contest, not the kind of guy who wins, the kind of guy who loses his first fight. Anybody who can look at that and think this guy could beat Bonavena knows nothing about boxing. Corbett and Fitzsimmons look like two guys who have been in the gym for a week and are slow learners, not picking up much that week. In addition they don't look to have much athletic ability or potential to improve.

How can anybody watch that? I'd rather watch two 12 year olds slap box on the sidewalk.

Tell me why a 2 1/2 inches taller,20lbs heavier Bonavena could not do what Sharkey did?

Tell me why 4 inches taller, 20 lbs heavier Foreman could not do what Frazier did.

I'm denying that he couldn't punch and slip at the same time. It can be seen in Fitz fight

I wish that Fitz is not alive, because he'd kill all your cute students and yourself in one night. Literally kill.

You misunderstand 5' 8"185lbs Sharkey beat up Corbett .Sharkey and 5'10 1/2" 205lbs Bonavena fought in a similar style.Frazier and Foreman are polar opposites. So your response is not only redundant, it's totally irrelevant.

No, I understand it fine. Bonavena didn't fight similar style to Sharkey though.
