Jeffries would put an end to all the love for Fury and these other bums masquerading as fighters these days in the HW and other divisions.

 

Good Lord. Fury clowns this fool to a stoppage. This is the proverbial running of the Porsche Spyder against some steam powered thing in Jay Leno's collection.

 

Jeffries TKO in the mid to late round. Fury is over rated and fighting softies to fool rabid fans who follow his act.

The key is Jeffries had good footwork and fast feet, and was one of the best body punchers of all time.

Old comebacking Corbett all188lbs of him made Jeffries look as rough as a badgers bum for 20rounds.Corbett would not win a round against Fury. Five feet eight, 185 pounds crude as **** Sharkey went 45 rounds with Jeffries.Yet Fury wont be able to? Yeah sure!

Fury would land a attrition of punches on him and Jefferies would eventually get knocked spark out

 

Jeffries was way too tough for Fury to stop him. Say all you want about Jeffries, but he fought through injuries and was never in danger of being stopped at any point of his (true) career.

 

His second fight with nearly 39 years old,172lbs Fitz would have been stopped today. His face looked like it had been through a meat grinder.But very tough man, no doubt of that.

 

Tough to say without watching it, but even if so that wouldn't be a clean stoppage but TKO.

Given that Jeffries took Fitzsimmons punches and kept coming makes his chin proven in my eyes. Not to mention other fights when he proved his toughness.

 

We have the round by round fight reports or at least I have,Jeffries was cut under and over both eyes ,and his nose was broken. His chin is proven imo and so is his toughness.
But he was fighting old men under 190lbs,Fury is 6'9" 260lbs he has 8 1/2 inches in reach,9 inches in height and 45lbs in weight and he knows how to use all of those advantages .

 

Possibly the easiest paid night Fury could ever imagine. Guys going hammer and ton with the likes of Tom Sharkey have no business in the ring with a freak like T. Fury.

 

Jeffries might land one punch every round. Maybe. People act like Jeffries was some aggressive stalker who'd take the fight to Fury and wear him down. Jeffries didn't really fight that way, so that is a made up version of Jeffries, not the real McCoy. The real Jeffries slowly plods forwards with his head cocked to the side looking to unload, but would find Fury even harder to tag than Corbett was. Fury easy UD.

 

Got a photo? I never saw one, and there are stories that Fitz did something to his gloves and used electrical tape in his wraps, which was not in the contract. When Jeffries asked to see the gloves, Fitz quickly tossed them into the crowd.

Fitz hits a lot harder than Fury. Fury has not beaten anyone good in their prime. His best win is over a disinterred 39 Wlad, is it? He was busted and kicked out of boxing for PED abuse. Prior to being champ, he was hurt by blown-up cruiser. These days he picks guys who can't fight.
