Khans is a little too soft for Floyd. Floyd will break him down round by round enroute to a clear decision just like what happen to Zab.

He's right, stylistically. One year from now Khan should have the experience to match the style advantage.

 

Some great points there, Corales a win which many Floyd fans say was his best win, yet Corales fought such a sloppy fight, I mean giving your height and not using your jab is a crime.

Be sure Khan will give Floyd a age check, Khan might not have the ring smarts of Floyd but he uses his advantages to the best possible effect.

Khan's output like everyone else's output would drop drastically. His speed is measured by people with the exception of a worn Zab who are woefully slower than him. He was faster than Maidana and still absorbed alot of punishement in the last few rounds

The Jab to the body is one of the most effective ways to nullify a jab for a few reasons. One you are getting hit in the midsection (I know huh great revelation) Two you usually have to cover up and three when you counter its usually a jab or power shot which would leave Khan open to get countered much like Corrales did. Heck not to compare the two Ndou who had a high output ended up being the victim of the pull counter which got him KOed

While Mayweather has faced opponents with the body style and work rate of Khan, Khan has not faced any opponent with the skillset of Mayweather. Alot of opponents go into the ring first with the mindset that Floyd can't punch thus they do stand straight up and down. Then they make an adjustment once are getting countered and end up throwing out of position punches because they realize they can't out box him so they either end up becoming head hunters or becoming demoralized by the lack of alternative game plan. I think JLC carried out his goal to continue to attack and that was the last boxer who seemed to give FMJ in any problems.

I honestly can't name an opponent I've seen Khan not be more powerful than. The two fighters I believe were his equal in power yielded him a 1-1 record. The Maidana fight showed us his chin may or may not have gotten better but he still has not developed a complete boxing game. In the scope of the video. Corrales was convinced he could walk Floyd down and once Floyd realized that he became the counter puncher. I believe Khan will come in thinking I will match Floyd speed for speed and technical ability for technical ability. He will at some point think he is capable of over powering floyd due to his size and naturally assume since he's learned from his mistakes and could take Maidana's punches that he can take Floyd's. I believe at some point like in almost every Floyd fight, Floyd will back peddle and fight off of the back foot and at that point the fight was gradually turn in Floyd's favor. Khan would get stopped in 10 rounds or less. Just my opinion... have a good day.

 

I probably agree. I've had a hunch regarding Khan's chances for awhile. Stylistically he's not getting the proper credit in terms of his chances against Mayweather because of his chin, I think.

 

I think it has something to do with his resume.....
