Like or hate Rome? He's had boxers on his shows all the way through. From RJJ vs Toney, and many others throughout the years. So Rome gets props for covering the sport. The media is now coming around but they are still a bit hesitant to review the entire Floyd career because they dont want to admit they were wrong or didnt examine closely enough the first time. Yet Rome and Stephen A Smith who both avidly supported Floyd have spoken out in the end.

PBF? The truth is the TRUTH and after so long and SO MUCH BS? Its self evident. The masses just cant deny what is so clear. PBF deserves any and all criticism for retirement. Wait til he un retires for Hatton again:rofl

Pavlik? The guy hasnt really goten there yet but he's trying. Already the real MW Champ but a proposed Calzaghe fight is the type that could establish his career at the BEST LEVEL.

Floyd talks, Kelly WALKS, and thats obvious!:yep

:rofl I said it was a stupid statement. Which it was a stupid statement and I pointed out why it was stupid statement.

You do the same **** everyday. Post something stupid. Try to bait Floyd fans in. It doesn't matter what we post. You call us "Fraud Groupies" and tell us our pussies hurt.

Congrats, get some new material. Romes statement was a stupid statement about the lear jet. That's all I pointed out.

Your stupid for taking his statement literally and getting pusssy hurt over it.

Like C Money said, more and more people are starting to see Floyd for the Fraud he really is. . . Im sure there will always be a few Groupie hold outs that will point to his car or his jet as if that should mean anything to the real boxing fans.

Youre an idiot, for taking Romes statement literally when it was clearly said in jest to make a larger point.

Arent you the same idiot who thought Fraud "fight" with the Big Show was real?

Anyway, the main point stands that more and more people are seeing Floyd as the Fraud he really is. :deal

Well that's his opinion, don't think Floyd gives a damn what Jim Rome says. If Pavlik deserves praises for a win over Lockett then that sums it up right there.

How am I suppose to see Romes larger point when Im only going off what you post? You're such a dumbass.

A real fight? Don't put words in my mouth. The only thing Ive said about WWE and its real/fake debate is. The wrestling aspect of it is real, yes WWE wrestling is meant to land safely etc but it takes edurance and you can very easily get hurt. Was it real? No, it's a set up fight. So please again, dont put words in my mouth.

The main point is, you try to spin this topic but continue to fail.

Yea, Fraud doesnt give a damn about the real boxing fans either.

BTW, Rome recognized that Lockett wasnt a real threat but gave Pavlick props for doing what he was supposed to do with an overmatched opponant. Theres simply not many real challengers at MW right now besided maybe Abraham. Pavlik has already beaten Miranda and Taylor. Pavlik clearly has the right attitude and is the peoples champ.

There is a tendency to dislike outspoken journalists: Merchant, Rome ....I guess the younger generation has been raised in a more PC conscious envireonement.

Its not a stupid statement. Its the truth. If Floyd's thing is money and more specifically spending money he's going to need more money to keep on living the way he does. Just look at Evander Holy Field and mike Tyson, and the list of other boxers that thought they could live like kings and ended up with nothing shortly after retiring.

Personally, I don't think he really lives like that anyways. I think he's much to calculating and its just a facade.

No one can deny that Pavlik is the true champion and that Lockett tune-up is only fair after 3 extremely hard fights he wasn't expected to win. Though your tactics are extremely cheap, Floyd retires, SO WHAT?, it's his business and has the right to do it. After all he's a 5 division champion and done more than any boxer would wish to do whether it's impressive to you or not. Since you like to compare fighters, what has Margarito and Cotto BOTH combined done to compete with Floyd's accomplishments?
