I thought fights had to go beyond 4 rounds.

According to California state rules after 3 rounds are complete the fight goes to the scorecards. 39-37 for Williams, 40-36 for Cintron and, 40-36 for the winner Paul Williams

4-0 for either was total crap, I personally had it 3-1 for cintron but 2-2 would have been acceptable, no way it was in williams favor though

Cintron was quicker than Williams, he won that fight. Martinez beat Williams also, but Williams' judges are criminals.

You're right, Martinez and Cintron are both paler than Williams.

The Cali rules is their rules and it clearly states if 3 rounds are completed , go to judges scorecards. It was disappointing.

Exactly. therefore could not possibly lose to a very black Paul Williams without cheating being involved.

It is the racist Farmboxer way.

The thing is, California's rules state that only three rounds need to be complete to move from NC territory to TD.

On the other hand - Jim Watt is still right. California's commission is ******ed. They should change their rule to make it consistent with all the other major commissions - so that four rounds need to be completed to move from NC territory to TD.

So technically, the call to move to the scorecards was right (going by the California rules such as they are). That's point one. Point two, is that once they went to the scorecards, 40-36 Williams is a ****ing joke (and I was rooting for Williams). Point three, is that California's rules suck and it should have been a No Contest - and would have been under any normal commission's rules.
