I'd say McCrory is fairly straight, Bernard Dunne was decent but got binned quickly after having a go at a Matchroom fighter I remember. The Matchroom bias needs to be shelved on Sky- it's sometimes embarrassing how much they back the "home" fighter.
Al Beirnstein. He's super knowledgable. Anyone but Froch!! Jim's a legend, sad to see him go. He's been the voice of boxing on sky for what seems like centuries.
Regardless of what you think of the guy he left his mark... There were definitely times he's made me cringe, but after watching him for so many years I kind of got used to him and in a weird way I'll miss him. Anyways... He wasn't always as bad as people say he is... And chances are if you're a hardcore boxing fan you'll recognize his strong Scottish accent. Godspeed Jim. Enjoy the retired life.
Not a Sky man but Richie Woodhall is a top co-commentator,sky have tried quite a few in the last year but they all seem they need massive prompting from either Halling or Smith who themselves are not the best,it will never happen but Darke and Woodhall would be my choice
I'd like to see more of Audley Harrisson as a pundit or commentator. Speaks well and can ****yse a fight.
An excellent commentator and person will be missed always prefer fights with Jim I hope Paul Smith takes over he is great too
