    Im not competing anytime soon but I felt the need to make one so it will motivate me to train more so I can add things to here almost daily.

    Tuesday

    3 rounds of Heavybag work consisting of all my weapons (elbows,knees,punches,kicks)
    Jiu-Jitsu class
    5 minute Warmup followed by about 40 minutes of drilling today consisted of Front Headlock moves.
    10 minutes of rolling 2 different partners first got I dominated for the most part I had no problem getting back to half or full guard after he started out on top in front headlock and I nearly submitted him with a Guillintine and a Anaconda plus had his back for awhile but he submitted me at the last secound with a Guillintine. Secounds got I dominated with superior postional wrestling took his back eventually and submitted him with a Rear Naked Choke he never did anything of note to me what so ever.

    Boxing Class
    3 rounds of Shadow Boxing in the 2nd and 3rd rounds we would box and upon the coaches order do something else like 10 knuckle pushups,torso twist for a full minute and crunches for a full minute and lots of sprawls.
    40 minutes or so of good solid padwork

    Just a round of shadow boxing to warmup
    4 rounds on the Heavybag using all my weapons

    Muay Thai
    Spent alot of time working on the switch kick and my elbow strikes. The elbows have always been ok but the switch kick was pathetic but I seemed to get much more comfertable with it by the end of the night.
    Lots of Kick Shield work roundhouse and switch kicks 2 rounds 5 minutes.
    Padwork agian focusing on elbows for the most part about 4 3 minute rounds.

    do u go to a gracie jiu jitsu place? c uz that seems rly similar to my gym. we usuallydo like 5 min warm up then 40 minutes or so of the datys moves which is usaly 1-2 takedowns and 2-3 ground moevs. and usuly between the takedowns and the ground move we do some positional trianing like 10 min or so of start insomeones gaurd and try to pass while otehr guy tries to sweep or submit everyday is differnt posstitong. and then we do liek 40 min or so of free rolling someitmes from feet sometime from the knees. is that the same thing or nah?

    Im 21 years old and I do Boxing,Muay Thai,Jiu-Jitsu and try to work with the Wrestling coaches whenever I can. We offer Judo to but I dont have the money to be buying Gis right now. Yes this is a Gracie school its Renzo affilated ran by one of his Blackbelts.
