I've been rereading Adam Pollack's excellent Dempsey book, https://www.amazon.com/Ring-Jack-De...ooks&sprefix=in+the+ring+with+,aps,148&sr=1-1 and have come away more interested than ever about Dempsey's relationship with legendary trainer Jimmy DeForest .. it clearly seems that Dempsey was at his very best under DeForest's training .. I'd like to know more about their relationship .. why it ended .. what DeForest ultimately thought ofd Dempsey as a fighter , etc ..
