    Ellis. Much rougher and tougher, and considering Tate's soft chin, this could end pretty quickly. But it could be a chess match as well. Any way it goes, Ellis!

    Jimmy Ellis from 1968 would have out boxed Big John Tate enroute to a unanimous decision. Tate was also a boxer too, but I do believe that Jimmy's speed, darting in and out, connecting with that snappy right hand would have been enough, he might even deck Tate like he did to Oscar Bonavena in Dec 1967.
