I want to say Qawi, but Ellis could be a very tough fight due to his power and speed. I'll go with my instincts and pick the Buzzsaw.

That’s a good fight Ellis was a very aggressive starter, right hand happy and tough as boots.
Qawi was determined, skilled and welcomed anybody into his wheelhouse.
Coin flip I reckon I’d just hope Ellis would stay there and we’d get a shoot out. I think I’ll go with Jimmy.

Jimmy Ellis by UD, Qawi ain't a heavyweight and lacks the power to bother Ellis

I’ve been mulling this one over for a day and I think I agree with you.

That's a great fight ... I like Ellis .... too much heart and a very sneaky , sharp right hand.

Ellis has some traits that could trouble Qawi, but I don't see him sustaining the kind of epic performance that ATGs like Spinks & Holyfield had to produce in order to beat him. I'd favor Qawi to win by late, maybe come-from-behind stoppage.

He had enough power to bother Foreman.

Welcomed anybody into his wheelhouse? I remembered him hanging a sign outside his wheelhouse that says "Holyfield not welcome here!"

Qawi was good at Cruiserweight but not the force he was at Light Heavyweight. I'd actually pick Ellis to win at Cruiserweight i think he has the movement and tricky style to get it done over the distance.
