Jimmy Young vs Hasim Raham

Young is probably too crafty for Rahman, who was quite poor outside of his win over Lewis.

 

Young in his prime would outbox and befuddle Rahman for the UD.

 

See my post concerning Young-Moorer..same result a lopsided decision win for Young, who would totally flummox and confuse Rahman. Young would have a field day.

 

Rahman UD. Sometimes I feel too many fall in love with "cute" rather than effective.

Anything Randy Neuman can do, Rahman can do in his sleep.

 

Young learned on the job. He was no more than a novice at the time he faced Neuman. The slow, plodding Rahman would be a perfect style for Young to look good against, who was effective enough against George Foreman and Ron Lyle.

One thing about Hasim Rahman...He fought the best of his era. He ducked nobody and fought everyone. the same cannot be said about a fighter like vitali klitschko.


I have always been a fan of Rahman, I feel he is underrated. He got robbed in both Tua fights. He should have won the first one by DQ and the 2nd by decision. Tua is one of the best contenders never to win a title. He also knocked out Corrie Sanders. Some here rate Corrie Sanders very highly h2h. He knocked out Lennox Lewis with one punch. Many here rate Lennox a top 5 heavyweight of all time.


Rahman was pretty good in his prime. Devastating right hand. Very long reach, powerful and effective left jab, and he was very physically strong. Vitali bailed out of a fight with rahman 4 times, before retiring two days before the fight was too take place.

Your story reminds me of the saying "knowledge is power". We come here on ESB to discuss boxing, to share story's, to critique styles, to play devil's advocate. Many posters here bring plenty of knowledge to the forum, other's upload rare fights, some can relay technical efficiencies of fighter's styles. You, on the other hand, bring nothing to the table. In a forum where knowledge is power, you have not one iota of boxing knowledge. Your threads are so irritative, uninventive, and redundant, It's like pulling teeth to click on them. You should go back to the East Side Lounge where you belong, and post those nude pictures of you flexing like a macho man. Maybe you'll get lucky and find a male who is interested.
