Young would have won this in his prime..so Dokes beat a past it Young....realize that Young, from there on out was never really ko'ed, or even decked...even by a young and hungry Cooney.

Young made it ugly, even though he was grossly out of shape. I have Young's previous fight against Wendall Bailey on film. He was strong, despite being in his worst ever condition at nearly 240 pounds. He looked like a slob and the crowd booed him for it, but he went home with a knockout win.

Thanks for posting that fight, Young is my fav boxer, allways has been. I've allways wanted to see yhis fight. I didn't score it as I watched it, but I think he should have won it, he actualy moved foward the whjole fight, and could have won it with his jab alone if he used it enough.

 

Does anyone know legit sites to download fights? They might have Shavers-Young 2 I would love to see that.
