Jirov vs Haye

    hell yea. Haye would have been completely spent by the 6th or 7th.

    Terrible style matchup for Haye

    It depends on whether Jirov could stay up for long enough.

    I do picture the possibility Haye could bag an early stoppage in this one...his explosiveness at the weight was amazing.
    But thats the only way he wins and I feel it is unlikely.

    I to think this is a terrible matchup for Haye...Jirov would just grind him down with bodyshots and workrate.

    Agreed.

    Actually, Juan Carlos Gomez is another tough matchup for Haye at cruiser. I think Haye can get to other cruiser titlists like Cole and an old Qawi, but matchups with the durable boxers types like Jirov/Gomez are going to be tough. Let alone considering a Holyfield at cruiser.
