JMM...diaz is like a poor man's version of Pacquiao.....even worse, Diaz has no pop to worry JMM.

LOL.....How intelligent. Let me guess you are not or never was a top preformer in school!. Be easy son....don't get your panties all in a wad. I guess since you talk..or should I say "Type" tough I must be wrong to think you are a coward yourself.....but you are pretty transparent.

Regarding JMM running from Nate:rofl :rofl :rofl you're a Clown, plain and simple. Get a grip cup cake, there are many variables in making a fight and although I love the Nate vs JMM fight, Promoters and networks have the most say in making a fight.

Of course Nate and JMM would determine who the undisputed champ of the division is, but whos to say Nate and JMM won't fight. Just b/c you have the patience of a toddler doesn't mean everyting has to happen on "Dave the Greats" time. Show a little patience...and moreso, RESPECT for boxers....especially ones like JMM.

Good post, although I don't agree with your call...it's still very well put and thought out. It will be hard for JMM in the begining to get his timing, distance and accuracy down, but he'll be hitting Juan from the 1st round till however long it lasts with sharp, crisp and dangerous counters, and I'm sure he'll be going to the body early.

I think by round 5 or 6 the tide swings favorably and convingingly to JMM. Juans punch out put will be a lot less due to him being cautious of JMM countering ability and how accurate he is. I think Diaz will only thow combos in spots rather than consistantly against the very good counter puncher in JMM.

Nate is a decent counter puncher compared to JMM andn Juan's punch out put was severly impacted by the game plan and offenseive assault that Nate came with.....JMM will do it a tad better and with more devastating consequences.

Son.....Don't you know the game enough to prevent yourself by making dumb statments such as this?:huh Look...if JMM was like DLH, where he owns his own promotional outfit it would be different. Don't you know you are not suppose to bite the hand that feeds you? Sure you can voice or express your opinion as a fighter to whom you fight, but it's the promoters job to secure and line up the fights....fighters don't have a lot of say, and if they refuse...well, you can all but be black balled in the sport that supports your life and your families life.....that's not a smart move....not eveyone is Bhop you know and most don't take his route.

A good close fight.. I'm leaning towards Diaz in this one, but I can also easily see JMM winning.. If Diaz fought like he did against Katsidis, no doubt in my mind that he'll win.. JMM may a superb technician, but Diaz has the jab, speed, and power to rough up JMM.. Even though most people think JMM should be fighting Nate, I still like this fight, but it isn't official yet so a JMM/Campbell fight could still happen.. Campbell is gonna' wanna' fight before the year is over with tho, so he'll probably fight his mandatory Ali Funeka..

It's hard to make a bad fight involving Nate, Casa, Campbell, Diaz (either Juan or Julio),Katsidis and JMM at 135. They're all good fighters.

Personally I think JMM will win this one closely. Diaz is getting to be pretty underrated round these parts and his jab and workrate could pressure JMM and force him to rumble with Juan. One thing that'll hamper Juan is that he really doesn't have much pepper in his punches. If he did, he'd probably have a REALLY good shot at beating JMM.

I disagree with Casa...he's been in plenty of snorefests.

In the past yes...but his third fight with Diego was good, his fight against Katsidis was AWESOME and he put on a good showing with JMM.

I think he depends on his opponent to bring the action.

With Diaz's workrate, I can really see him pulling JMM into a brawl with them trading shots.. That's why I think Diaz can rough him up.. If Diaz can also keep throwing that jab, I think Marquez will get frustrated and will start to leap in after Diaz..

Diaz doesn't have the pop to make JMM pay though. That's where Pac was able to really score big, he could put JMM in positions where Juan would go all punch happy and catch him for a KD. Diaz lacks the pop to take advantage of that. If he trades with JMM, The accurate (and stronger) JMM will just land the harder more "ooh" worthy punches.

Style and skill wise . . . JMM . . . but my heart is for Diaz . . . so I'm still rooting for Diaz if the fight comes off.

Two of my favorite fighters. Have mixed feelings, but I have to follow my mind and go with Marquez.

You do have a point.. That's why I also think Diaz should use his jab just like the in the Katsidis fight, but like I said in my first post, I can also easily see JMM winning this.. Right now I'm saying Diaz, but the fight is a ways away.. I will say whoever wins, it'll be by decision..
