It wasn't close overall. It was only close in points terms because of the knockdowns, but still not enough for Pac. Unless you have a very bad guide dog helping you to score that fight. Historians that are not Pinoy/visually impaired will remember those 2 losses, to add to his early KO defeats when discussing his legacy. They will also consider the old men he beat.
First of all JMM is not gay. Even if he were who **** cares. I don't pay PPV money to see him in bed I pay it to see him fight. JMM might not be a typical "Mexican Warrior" but that does not mean he is not a great fighter worthy of praise. Look at what being a warrior did to EM career. With a couple more wins JMM can catch up or surpass the accomplishments by EM and MAB.
Marquez should move on but not b/c he thought he was going to get two gift decisions....but b/c he can't beat Manny. I think he just wants big paydays even in loosing to the better fighter. He's a great fighter but PAC is just better. It's hard to accept for JMM.
Getting credit? His family is suppose to support him and embrace him in defeat.....after all they are family. Unfortunately reality doesn't change and JMM has lost 3 times to one man.
Oh! That's new! visually impaired! Let me enumarate the reasons/alibi's after one's defeat! Some boxers actually NEVER lost. They just fall into one of these categories: a) Judge is corrupt b) Judge is incompetent c) Judge was not looking d) visually impaired (THANKS TFFP!) oh! I almost forgot, two of the old time favorite e) boxer is washed up f) not in his prime I wonder what's NEXT?!
