    Marquez due to Beristain's foolish decisions is where he is. Marquez in my opinion is the better quality fighter in theory. However, Morales has the best resume of the three (disregarding controversy). It really does not matter who was better as I enjoy watching their fights. the only way to really know the answer is building a time machine.

    You can definitely argue JMM as #1 purely based on ability but Erik and Marco have the far deeper resumes and have earned the right to be ranked above him.

    JMM is my favourite active fighter but I just can't justify having him above these guys.
